We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.
To return furniture items, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of you received your item. We are happy to refund your purchase in the original form of payment, but please note the manufacturer’s restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund. Furniture refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in original form of payment.
We cannot accept items for return after 30 days.
Please note that all items must be returned in original condition. We will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping. Should you discover a defect in your order, please contact our Customer Service. We will provide you an authorized pre-paid shipping label and issue a full refund.
Clearance or Final Sale items are non-returnable.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement. Please note exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only; shipping charges are non-refundable. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your non-furniture items to begin the process.
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, we will supply you with a pre-paid shipping label to mail your return.
